Attend Incoming Customers At Reception. Email / Back Office Work. Need To Do The Patient Counselling Too. Taking Care Of The Appointments And Also The Responsibilities In The Front Office.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

• Skills: Basic accounting, Record keeping, Email etiquette, Data entry

What the job involves

As a Front Office Executive, your work will include:

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

• Job location: IDPL, Hyderabad, Telangana
• Openings: 2
• Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM | Monday to Sunday / Every week there would be a week off In between Monday to Friday.
• Interview timings: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Monday to Saturday
