Make Outbound Calls To Leads Generated Through Digital Marketing, Whatsapp, And Enquiries Handle Inbound Calls And Explain Services, Pricing, And Offers Clearly. Follow Up With Interested Prospects And Close Sales. Maintain Accurate Records Of Calls And Customer Data In Crm/Excel. Achieve Daily, Weekly, And Monthly Sales Targets. Coordinate With The Clinic Team For Appointment Scheduling. Handle Customer Queries And Objections Professionally. Type : Sales, Outbound, Inbound | Languages : English, Hindi | Preferred Experience In : Real Estate

What you get

Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• You will escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

What we are looking for

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Inbound, Outbound, Real Estate and Sales
• Female Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
