A new Insurance Officer role is open at Maxfin Insurance Care, Rasulgarh Square, Bhubaneswar. 10 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹15,000/month.

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You'll escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.

• Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM | Monday to Saturday
