Maxico is looking for an Office Executive to join its team in Sachin, Surat. Salary is up to ₹26,000/month.

Responsible For Handling Sales Orders, Inventory Reporting, Customer Requirements, And Coordination With Sales, Production, Dispatch, And Accounts Teams. Manage Shipment Planning, Transportation, E-Way Bills, Delivery Challans, And Ensure Timely Order Fulfillment While Maintaining Accurate Stock And Dispatch Records. What the job involves

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Email and Record Management
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Advanced Excel, Record Management, > 30 WPM Typing Speed
• Skills Needed: Email
• An organised, detail-oriented attitude

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹26,000 per month.
