Secretary / Executive Assistant

Maxico is looking for a Secretary / Executive Assistant to join its team in Begampura, Surat. Salary is up to ₹32,000/month.

Manage The Director'S Calendar, Meetings, Travel Arrangements, And Confidential Correspondence While Ensuring Smooth Daily Operations. Coordinate With Internal Teams, Clients, And Vendors, Prepare Reports, Presentations, And Business Documents, And Track Pending Tasks For Timely Completion. Organize Meetings, Maintain Executive Records. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

What you get

You will be paid ₹28,000 – ₹32,000 per month.

Who can apply

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Data entry, Email etiquette, Record keeping, Basic accounting
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone detail-oriented and organised
