Front Desk Receptionist

Maximum Hospitality is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join its team in Bhawanipur, Kolkata. The pay goes up to ₹18,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Record keeping, Basic accounting, Typing and Email etiquette
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

As a Front Desk Receptionist, your work will include:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
