Construction / Site Supervisor

Mayfair Group is hiring a Construction / Site Supervisor in Tollygunge, Kolkata. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Employer’s description

Oversee Construction Projects To Ensure Safety And Compliance With Standards. Collaborate With Architects, Contractors, And Clients To Meet Project Goals. Conduct Site Inspections To Monitor Progress And Resolve Technical Issues. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• You'll check quality of work and materials on site.
• Supervise site work as per drawings and specifications
• You will enforce safety rules and maintain site records.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects and clients
• Prepare measurements, bills and progress reports

Compensation

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Safety compliance, AutoCAD, Quantity estimation and Billing
• Male Only
• No English required
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are responsible and field-ready
