The Ideal Candidate Shall Be A Proactive Multitasker With A Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes, And The Ability To Manage A Wide Range Of Administrative Tasks Efficiently. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Screening, Recruitment, Payroll and Labour law basics
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you get

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Your responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
