We Are Hiring An Executive Assistant To The Director Who Will Be Responsible For Managing Schedules, Coordinating With Internal Teams, And Ensuring Smooth Day-To-Day Operations. The Candidate Will Act As A Key Point Of Communication Between The Director And Various Departments. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.

What you get

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Data entry, Record keeping, Typing, Basic accounting
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are detail-oriented and well spoken
