Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You will escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹19,000 – ₹24,500 per month.

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Domestic, English, Hindi, Inbound, International, Marketing, Outbound, Sales
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
