Meeka Foods Pvt Ltd is looking for a Business Operations Manager to join its team in Kakori, Lucknow. 6 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month.

We Are Looking For A Dynamic And Experienced Professional To Establish And Manage A Spice-Based Cold Drinks And Snacks Business From The Ground Up. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Setting Up Operations, Building A Team, And Ensuring Smooth Day-To-Day Functioning And Profitability Of The Business. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Negotiation, CRM, Presentation and Customer handling
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone persuasive and target-driven

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• You will explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.

What you get

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
