Front Desk Executive

A new Front Desk Executive role is open at Meghdooth House LLP, Umarwada, Surat. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Day-to-day work

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: Record keeping, Email etiquette, Basic accounting, Typing
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are dependable and well spoken

What you get

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
