Members Chit Private Limited is looking for a Collections Executive to join its team in Palakkad. 3 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹19,000/month.

Contact Individuals Or Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. Languages : English, Malayalam

Day-to-day work

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently

Eligibility

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English and Malayalam
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Languages: English, Malayalam
• Someone ethical and persuasive

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹17,000 – ₹19,000 per month.
