Responsible And Proactive Hr Executive With 13 Years Of Experience In Recruitment, Onboarding, Hr Operations, Payroll Processing Support, Statutory Compliance (Esi, Epf, Pt), Attendance & Leave Management, Hrms Handling, And Employee Engagement. Strong Knowledge Of Hr Documentation, Payroll Inputs, Mis Reporting, Employee Lifecycle Management. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Coordinate performance reviews and training

What you get

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Candidate profile

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Screening, Payroll, MS Excel and Recruitment
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A people-oriented, organised attitude
