Mentok Reftech is looking for a Back Office Coordinator to join its team in Focal Point, Ludhiana. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month. Freshers can apply. 3 candidates will be hired for this role.

What you get

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

What you will do

• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Eligibility

• Open to freshers
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Advanced Excel
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply

• You are well spoken and detail-oriented
