Manage And Update Crm Records. Track Leads, Follow-Ups, And Client Interactions. Schedule Meetings, Manage Calendars, And Coordinate Travel. Handle Emails, Documentation, And Reports. Provide Administrative Support To Senior Management. Proficiency In And Ms Excel Strong Communication, Organization, And Multitasking Skills. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Hindi, English

Roles and responsibilities

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• You'll escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of English and Hindi
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Hindi, English

The salary for this role is ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
