Mera bima Insurance broker pvt ltd company is hiring a Business Development Executive in Sector 16 - Noida, Delhi. Salary is up to ₹35,000/month. 10 candidates will be hired for this role.

Job Responsibilities- Make Outbound Calls To Clients And Explain Insurance Policies.- Understand Customer Requirements And Suggest Suitable Policy Plans.- Convince And Guide Customers Regarding Available Insurance Plans.- Explain Policy Benefits, Features, Premium Details, And Terms Clearly.- Follow Up With Interested Customers And Convert Le. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Target achievement, Negotiation, Lead generation and Local market knowledge
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A persuasive, confident attitude

What you will do

• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
