We Are Looking For A Motivated And Target-Driven Sales Executive To Join Our Team. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Generating Leads, Connecting With Potential Customers, Understanding Their Requirements, Presenting Products/Services, And Converting Leads Into Successful Sales. The Ideal Candidate Should Have.

Key responsibilities

As an Insurance Sales, your work will include:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Eligibility

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Comfortable with Verbal communication, Typing speed, Active listening, Hindi and English
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• You are calm under pressure and polite

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
