Your Salary Will Be Increased Within 23 Months Based On Performance. The Company Will Provide An Official Offer Letter And Id Card. Work Timings Are Fixed From 10 Am To 6 Pm, With All Sundays Off. Roles and responsibilities

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Requirements

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Comfortable with Domestic, English, Hindi, Marketing, Outbound, Sales
• Basic English
