Your responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Email, Inventory Management, Record Management
