We Are Looking For An Accounts Executive With Good Knowledge Of Tally And Ms Excel. Candidate Should Be Able To Generate Invoices, Maintain Accounts, Prepare Quotations, And Handle Payment Follow-Ups. Responsibilities Include Replying To Client Emails Professionally, Generating E-Way Bills, Coordinating With Logistics And Courier Services, And Maintaining Dispatch Records. Basic Knowledge Of Gst And Accounting Procedures Is Required. Candidate Should Have Good Communication Skills, Be Organized, And Capable Of Handling Day-To-Day Office And Accounts-Related Work Efficiently. Experience In Accounts, Billing, And Coordination Work Will Be Preferred. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Skills Needed : Tally, GST

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Support month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Gst and Tally
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Skills Needed: Tally, GST
• You are organised and numerate

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
