Your responsibilities

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Candidate profile

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing, Manage Operations, Ms Power Point and Ms Word
• Basic English
