Mi Collect has an opening for a Debt Recovery Agent based in Dashrath Puri, Delhi. The pay goes up to ₹15,000/month. 15 candidates will be hired for this role.

Eligibility

Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• You will cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue.

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
