We Are Looking For An Hr & Admin Executive To Manage Recruitment, Employee Onboarding, Attendance, Payroll Coordination, Staff Records, Leave Management, And Day-To-Day Administrative Activities. The Candidate Will Post Job Openings, Screen Resumes, Schedule Interviews, Maintain Hr Documentation, Coordinate With Branch Managers, Handle Employee Queries, Ensure Office Operations Run Smoothly, Maintain Reports, And Support Compliance With Company Policies. Strong Communication Skills, Basic Ms Office Knowledge, And Good Organizational Skills Are Required. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

Your main tasks will be to:

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• You will source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• You will handle employee queries and engagement activities.

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: MS Excel, Labour law basics, Screening, Payroll
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A people-oriented, confidential attitude

Compensation

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
