We Are Looking For A Debt Recovery Agent / Telecaller Who Will Be Responsible For Calling Customers Regarding Their Due Emi Or Overdue Loan Amount And Ensuring Timely Payment. The Candidate Must Follow Up With Customers, Explain Payment Options, And Maintain Proper Records Of Conversations. Languages : Hindi

What the job involves

• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• You will explain product features, charges and terms transparently.
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue

What you get

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Hindi
• No English required
