Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Microsmiles Dental care Pvt Ltd wants to bring on an Accountant/ Accounts Executive for its Anna Nagar East, Chennai team. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

Handle Daily Accounting Entries And Bookkeepingmanage Invoices, Payments, And Receiptsprepare Bank Reconciliation Statementsmaintain Purchase And Expense Recordscoordinate With Vendors And Internal Departmentsmaintain Accurate Financial Documentation And Reportssupport Payroll And Audit Activities When Required, Tally Erp 9. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• You'll process invoices, payments and expense claims.
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation
• You'll track receivables and payables and follow up on dues.
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Bank reconciliation, Accounts receivable, Accounts payable, MS Excel
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, confidential attitude
