We Are Looking For An Experienced And Target-Oriented Sales Manager To Lead Our Real Estate Sales Team At Milan Properties. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing Telecallers And Field Executives, Achieving Monthly Sales Targets, Handling Leads And Follow-Ups, Converting Leads Into Site Visits And Bookings, Managing Customer Negotiations And Closures, And Developing Channel Partner Relationships. The Candidate Should Have Strong Communication, Negotiation And Team-Management Skills, With 3 Years Of Experience In Real Estate Sales Preferred. Experience In Plotted Developments And Villa Projects Will Be An Added Advantage. Salary: 30,000-50,000/Month Attractive Incentives. Should Have : Bike | License | Preferred Experience In : Real Estate

What the job involves

In this role, you will:

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• You will explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• You will record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
