- Handle Provident Fund (Pf) And Employee State Insurance Corporation (Esic) Compliances. - Ensure Adherence To All Statutory Compliances Under Labour Laws. - Manage Filings, Inspections, And Audits Related To Hr Statutory Obligations. - Liaise With Government Authorities And Maintain Accurate Compliance Records. - Handle Labour Court Matters. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

The salary for this role is ₹28,000 – ₹32,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Recruitment, MS Excel, Screening, HRMS
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
