Commis 3 Roles & Responsibilities- Assist In Food Preparation And Mise En Place As Per Standard Recipes And Chef Instructions.- Prepare Vegetables, Sauces, Marinades, And Other Basic Ingredients.- Support Senior Chefs During Food Production And Service.- Maintain Cleanliness Of Workstations, Equipment, Utensils, And Storage Areas.- Follow Food Safety, Hygiene, Sanitation, And Personal Grooming Standards.- Ensure Proper Storage, Labeling, And Fifo Stock Rotation.- Minimize Food Wastage And Handle Ingredients Carefully.- Report Low Stock Levels, Equipment Issues, Or Quality Concerns To The Supervisor.- Follow Kitchen Sops, Safety Procedures, And Portion Standards.- Work Efficiently As Part Of The Kitchen Team, Maintain Discipline, And Ensure Timely Completion Of Assigned Tasks.
