Conduct Outbound Sales Calls To Prospective And Existing Customers To Promote And Sell Explain Product Benefits, Usage, And Offers Clearly To Customers Over The Phone To Generate Interest And Close Sales.Maintain A High Volume Of Calls Daily While Ensuring Quality Conversations And Personalized Customer Interaction. Follow Up On Leads Generated. Type : Outbound, Sales, Domestic | Marketing | Languages : Hindi

Day-to-day work

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You'll log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.

Candidate profile

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Domestic, Hindi, Marketing, Outbound, Sales
