Maintain A High Volume Of Calls Daily While Ensuring Quality Conversations And Personalized Customer Interaction. Follow Up On Leads Generated. Salary and benefits

What the job involves

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• You'll log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• You'll escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
