Prepare And Share Quotations With Customers In A Timely Manner.Follow Up With Customers Regarding Quotations, Inquiries, And Purchase Orders.Coordinate With Customers To Understand Their Requirements And Provide Appropriate Solutions.Track Quotations, Orders, And Customer Follow-Ups Using Excel Or Crm.Resolve Customer Queries And Provide After-Sale. Basic Excel, MS Word | Skills Needed : Computer, Email

Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹11,500 – ₹13,500 per month.
