MJF group of colleges has an opening for an Administration Manager based in Ajmer Road, Jaipur. Salary is up to ₹50,000/month.

Coordinate Resources, Manage Timelines, And Oversee Construction Project Execution. Monitor Site Activities To Ensure Safety And Quality Standards Are Met. Communicate With Stakeholders To Address Concerns And Ensure Timely Project Delivery. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• You'll process invoices, payments and expense claims.
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers

What you get

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of GST, Tally, Accounts receivable and TDS
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
