What you will do

As a Reception Assistant, your work will include:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Requirements

• Open to freshers
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Data entry, Basic accounting and Typing
• Female Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• A well spoken, organised attitude
