Make Outbound Calls To Potential And Existing Customers To Generate Leads And Promote Mn Energy'S Solar Products And Services.Explain Solar Solutions, Benefits, Pricing, Subsidy, And Other Relevant Information To Customers.Follow Up Regularly With Leads, Enquiries, And Prospects To Convert Them Into Site Visits And Sales Opportunities. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Sales | Languages : Hindi, English

Salary

You will be paid ₹16,000 – ₹22,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: English, Hindi, Sales
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
