Mod Avenue ( A Boutique Hotel ) is looking for a Receptionist / Front Office Executi... to join its team in DLF Phase 3 - Gurgaon, Delhi. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month. 4 candidates will be hired for this role.

Handle Guest Check-In & Check-Out Smoothlyattend Walk-In And Call Inquiriesmanage Bookings And Reservationsmaintain Guest Records In The Systemprovide Excellent Customer Servicecoordinate With Housekeeping And Other Departments. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Typing, MS Office, Record keeping, Data entry
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A detail-oriented, well spoken attitude

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
