Modheswary Carting is looking for an Hr Manager to join its team in Udhna, Surat. There are 2 open positions. The pay goes up to ₹50,000/month.

Roles and responsibilities

• You'll source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• You will ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Recruitment, Screening, HRMS, Labour law basics
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are people-oriented and confidential
