Mohan Traders is looking for a Secretary / Executive Assistant to join its team in Ludhiana. Freshers can apply. Salary is up to ₹16,000/month.

Day-to-day work

As a Secretary / Executive Assistant, your work will include:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Candidate profile

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Good knowledge of Data entry, Typing, Basic accounting and MS Office
• Female Only

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month.
