Manage Customer Interactions Via Chat Call Or Email, Resolving Queries Effectively. Provide Accurate Information, Troubleshoot Issues, And Ensure Customer Satisfaction. Document All Interactions And Escalate Unresolved Issues To The Appropriate Teams. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹27,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with CRM tools, Complaint handling, Active listening, Verbal communication
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
