Roles and responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Executive, your work will include:

• Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen
• Maintain hygiene, grooming and FSSAI standards
• Welcome guests and deliver warm, prompt service
• Handle billing, reservations and guest feedback
• Resolve guest concerns politely and quickly.
• Keep service areas clean, stocked and presentable

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month.

• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Comfortable with Hygiene standards, Communication, Food & beverage service, Guest service
