Key Responsibilities- Make Outbound Calls To Potential Customers For Business Loan Requirements.- Explain Loan Products, Eligibility, Tenure, Interest Rates, And Documentation.- Understand Customer Requirements And Provide Suitable Loan Options.- Generate New Leads And Convert Them Into Potential Customers.- Follow Up Regularly With Interest. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Hindi

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Comfortable with Hindi
• Basic English

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
