A new Loan Advisor role is open at Money 2 Go (OPC) PVT.LTD, Nawada, Delhi. 10 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹40,000/month.

Key Responsibilities- Make Outbound Calls To Potential Customers For Loan Requirements. Explain Loan Products, Eligibility, Tenure, Interest Rates, And Documentation.- Understand Customer Requirements And Provide Suitable Loan Options.- Generate New Leads And Convert Them Into Potential Customers.- Follow Up Regularly With Interest. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : English, Hindi, Telugu

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Your responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi and Telugu
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: English, Hindi, Telugu
• A customer-first, calm under pressure attitude
