We Are Looking For A Motivated And Result-Driven Telecaller To Promote And Sell Loan Products (Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Etc.) Over The Phone. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Generating Leads, Explaining Loan Products, And Converting Prospects Into Customers. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Preferred Experience In : Loan

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: Loan
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Preferred Experience In: Loan
• Someone customer-first and polite

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

As a Loan Sales, your work will include:

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
