Key Responsibilities- Make Outbound Calls To Potential Customers For Loan Requirements. Explain Loan Products, Eligibility, Tenure, Interest Rates, And Documentation.- Understand Customer Requirements And Provide Suitable Loan Options.- Generate New Leads And Convert Them Into Potential Customers.- Follow Up Regularly With Interest. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Preferred Experience In : Loan

Compensation

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Your responsibilities

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Tenth Pass
• Comfortable with Loan
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Preferred Experience In: Loan
• A calm under pressure, polite attitude
