Generate And Convert Leads For Health Insurance Products.Maintain An In-Depth Understanding Of Product Features, Benefits, And Policy Terms Across Multiple Insurers.Identify Potential Customers Through Cold Calling, Referrals, Or Digital Leads Through Calls Provided By The Organization.Engage With Customers To Understand Their Insurance. Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
