What the job involves

As a Customer Success Manager, your work will include:

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team

Salary

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Inbound, Kannada, Malayalam, Outbound, Tamil and Telugu
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
