Responsible For Generating Leads, Contacting Potential Clients, And Promoting Residential/Commercial Properties. Conduct Site Visits, Explain Project Details, And Close Sales. Maintain Client Relationships, Achieve Sales Targets, And Coordinate With The Sales Team.

What the job involves

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• You will record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• You'll prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Target achievement, Local market knowledge, Lead generation and Customer handling
• Basic English

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month.
