The Business Development Manager (Bdm) Is Responsible For Driving Sales, Generating Revenue, And Expanding The Company'S Client Base. The Role Focuses On Identifying Business Opportunities, Building Strong Relationships With Developers And Clients, And Ensuring An Exceptional Customer Experience Throughout The Sales Process. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Customer handling, Negotiation, Lead generation and Local market knowledge
• Male Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone confident and target-driven

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory

Compensation

You will be paid ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month.
