Handle Inbound And Outbound Calls, As Well As Email Interactions, To Resolve Customer Queries,Complaints, And Service Requests Respond To Customer Emails Within Defined Tat And Quality Slas Identify Customer Needs And Provide Accurate, Complete, And Timely Resolutions Investigate Customer Issues Thoroughly While Adhering To Regulatory. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Inbound | Languages : Hindi, English

Compensation

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• You'll explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi and Inbound
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
