Work As Customer Support Representative To Answer And Provide Resolution To Ib/ Mails Form Query Or Compliant Received From Customers. Type : Domestic, Inbound | Languages : Hindi, English

What the job involves

• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• You will prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
